-
Initial Asbestos Inspection
Following the regulations set forth by AHERA, EPA, and OSHA, our inspectors will conduct an initial asbestos survey to determine if asbestos-containing materials are present on site. Our asbestos surveys include a thorough visual inspection, bulk sample extraction of suspected asbestos-containing materials, and laboratory testing. Once the asbestos survey has been completed, our inspectors prepare an in-depth report containing the results of laboratory analysis, location of sample materials, as well as recommendations moving forward. Before the start of any renovation, demolition, or other construction-related work an initial asbestos inspection is required to stay compliant with local and federal regulations.

Air Monitoring
We perform daily air monitoring throughout the duration of each asbestos abatement project by taking air samples around the work area. Along with air monitoring, we perform regular visual inspections of the abatement crew and surrounding areas to ensure that asbestos is being removed correctly per local and federal regulations.
-
Final Clearance
A post-abatement inspection and final air clearance must be performed to ensure that work was completed in compliance with local and federal regulations as well as ensure that the area is safe for re-occupancy.
